There are two really solid modern ERB adaptations, "John Carter" and "The Legend of Tarzan," which didn't make money and apparently spooked studios out of using old IP.

Damn shame. So many good stories in the old lost word/weird fiction/adventure stacks, but they're not marketable like Star Wars.

I like to think that in another reality, Bayona got to make his princess and dragon but with dinosaurs film but as his own creative expression. This piece is a window into that parallel world.

I know how much hard work and patience children need. Anyone who is able to commit to being a parent round the clock and every day of the year and still keep themselves stable and healthy is Herculean in my view.
