We have to accept when we've done wrong... Some people go their entire lives thinking that they've done everything the "right" way... Sometimes we're wrong. Sometimes we don't do the "right" thing--things can go left on you quick, and it's just not "right..."

Earnest post, but: a thing I like here is it’s okay to have moments of happiness in public without being broadly scolded, and I believe that sustaining this kind of humanity will be very important as we resist fascism.

A linguistics professor was lecturing his class. "In English, a double negative is a positive. In some languages, like Russian, a double negative is still a negative. But, there is no language wherein a double positive can be a negative."
