So one negative side effect of giving up on doing Youtube, in combination with a weird reorganization at my work due to other locations shutting down. It leaves me with not much to focus my mind on and suddenly thinking about my own mortality recently and it's driving me nuts.

Finished Bayonetta 2. Was not expecting Bayonetta's father to get fleshed out that much in the 2nd game.

The average person don’t know this but console dev has way more gatekeepers than just paying steam $100 to release a game.

As for what brought this up. I had stated that some games are only on PC and not console because there are lots of devs who submit a game for release on console and are just told "No". Some guy angrily insisted this never happens unless the game is porn.

It's interesting seeing what kind of subreddits are relatively chill and what ones absolutely match the stereotypes you hear about Reddit. Just had some nut who asked "Why do people do X thing" and flipped out when the answer was something that wouldn't be their reason.

I've read the first 10 trade paperbacks of Ms. Marvel now and I have to say... when they did a story where she had to fight Shocker. This is one of the most entertaining uses of him I think I've seen.

It's crazy when you realize how much Twitter/Facebook integration on consoles being dropped has killed how much game stuff you'd see on social media. Used to see screenshots all the time, but for the average user adding extra steps means they just don't do it.

The reason Steam is so strong... I say this as someone who has worked in retail for 20+ years. Is because Steam is the only platform that treats their customers like customers instead of numbers that they just assume will buy thing because they said so.
