Half the trouble in the USA is we traumatize our kids and never help them heal though trauma informed therapy and the mysteries of the Eastern Orthodox Church. Then these kids grow into adults, enter positions of power, and we as a society live out their traumas with them on a societal scale.

The Saints know they aren't God, so God can work many miracles through them. The rest of us struggle with the delusion that we are God, which is why God works few miracles through us.

As someone that used to be a materialist magician, this message is important. We aren't saved from the wrath of God the Father by Jesus. We're saved from what our sins are turning us into.

I know we Christians have spread a lot of hateful words and actions in the name of Christ. I know I have, and I am very slowly striving to repent of my grave wrong doing.
