the thing about MTG’s whole arc is that she’s just what would happen if you took any one of the millions of insane people on facebook and put them in congress. she’s not any less insane, but she can see the GOP doesn’t actually care about any of the insane stuff, they just want to pass tax cuts.
[JIMMY STEWART IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE VOICE] “But Tom, your money’s not here in a vault. It’s in a data center off the coast of Lake Superior, like Clara and Joe and everyone else’s money at the bank.”
And lucky for the Dodgers the rest of the lineup stepped up. It's great when that happens but it doesn't change the fact that the top of the order did not meet the moment.
Two things are true: 1) This series was lost because your stars didn't show up. Trea, Kyle, and Bryce get paid $700+M to deliver in these moments and they failed. 2) Kerkering can never pitch in Philly again. For his own sake you just gotta deal him the second the window opens.
It was bad but I don't think that Kerkering fuck up even cracks like the top 30 "Philly Sports Agony" moments if I'm being honest. The game and the series already felt over for like a dozen other reasons besides that, it doesn't have the heft of the quadruple bounce or anything.
Matt Strahm is about to pitch the bottom of the 9th with the Phillies season on the line so if any of you ever wanted to kill me with a brick, now's the time.

You are complaining about the announcers being biased towards the Dodgers. I am watching the game on mute with my Halloween playlist playing. We are not the same.
