This is so funny, because our cat is completely gone (no where to be found!) when we're visited by family members that can be mean or toxic (even if they're not during the visit).
He is a showoff whenever any friend or family that are nice shows up, even if they bring a dog that he hisses at 😁

I'm a freelance, home office worker since 2019, and I will resign before they made me return to the smelly office 🤢 another reason apart from brain damaged coworkers with wild office politics 🫠
If work can be done remotely, there shouldn't be an office at all.
