Which NHS stats are you looking at!!!!! All the stats I have seen lately show the Scottish NHS to be in a far better state than in England. Are you getting your stats from Baillie and Sarwar statisticals Ltd. In fact, just yesterday, ELEVEN English health boards declared a state of emergency!
