The takeaway here is, if you think you are being given orders to commit a crime, don't. Because they will throw you under the bus and you will be held responsible for that crime.
The White House is now trying to scapegoat an admiral after Hegseth's potential war crime order. This cowardly blame game shows they know the "kill everybody" directive was illegal. It's a disgraceful betrayal of our military.
