One lesson from the Epstein–Mandelson affair is that we need to stop routinely rehabilitating political careers after serious scandals.
When politicians knowingly engage in grave ethical wrongdoing, that should permanently end their political careers. Being "talented" should not override that.

Yes absolute bullshit no doubt. The immigrants often do the unpleasant jobs no one else wants to do. They bust their asses. They contribute taxes and social security taxes for a program they'll never benefit from. I grew up in an agricultural town where I never saw any problems from these folks.

Bear in mind, though...it is the grand plan of the wealthy conservative elite to have the middle and working classes fighting amongst themselves, so they don't blame THEM. To that end, immigrants serve as a convenient scapegoat for regular folks to blame for their problems.
