As much as I miss my WW2 Marine Dad, I'm so glad he is not witnessing fascist, seditious insurrectionist, domestic terrorists on US soil

Dems need to uphold oath of office & protect constitution from all enemies foreign or domestic terrorist, seditious insurrectionist traitors.

If everyone involved in an illegal murder in the chain of command should sit before a court martial or be investigated to see if they had responsibility. But who would charge them with the crime? The Sec Defense is the boss of everyone.

It seems like a lot of people arw focused on "who" specifically gave the order. Isn't each person who passed the order on also at fault, including the person who executed the strike?

💯 My whole family has been in the military, there are regulations on how to change the toilette paper. I am sure no matter what the justification is there a regulation for that too. Gotta love the military and bureaucracy fucked over more than few.

It’s important to note from a military perspective that if a subordinate is about to give an unlawful order & his senior knows about it, it’s also a requirement for the senior official to stop him from executing it. And then counsel/discipline him.

So there’s that, too.

My Dad is 83 years old. There is a ZERO chance that he would get an MRI...and not know which part of his body they just scanned...or why. ZERO chance.

Donald Trump is LYING.

We have a President who is employed by Russia & Putin, & his cult of traitors supports that. No other major party leader in American history has been a full time employee of a foreign leader, no less a bloodthirsty dictator.
We need to ask ourselves why we are allowing our military to ignore this.

📌This cabinet is a grotesque collection of anti-vaxxers, stone-cold bigots, and crooks, whose treachery, incompetence, and disregard for facts is stunning in its odious audacity.
It is a mountain of garbage threatening our safety and well-being, and would have been impossible to imagine 10 yrs ago.

So! Pete Hegseth has really done himself in now. He ordered to "Kill Everybody" on those boats. Witnesses has proven to that fact. Do you know it is "WAR CRIMES" if you attack unarmed people? That's what Hegseth. Just a matter of time for Hague to do their investigation on Hegseth and others.

Reporter: While you have these Republicans defending the strikes on the narco terrorists and then a pardon for a convicted drug trafficker, does that make it more difficult for your members to defend your administration's policies?

Leavitt: I don't think so

Like most of Trump's tactical moves, this would be very short-sighted. It would open the floodgates for the military to actually start refusing unlawful orders, and that would wash away his castle made of shit.

I'm sure that Admiral Bradley is going to get the blame, however, he didn't give this order without Hegseth's authorization. Yes, he is complicit, but try as trump and Hegseth might, they are directly to blame for this. There are several people, in 5he chain of command, who are guilty of murder.

about the Nuremberg trials and Israel’s Eichmann decision is that following orders is no excuse. Israel’s military leadershit and politicians can join the USA at trial. These people are all war criminals.

Follow the chain of command. All the way up to the top. The order was directed by the president, and given by Hegsworth. There are numerous officers who vetted and echoed the command down to the person who pulled the trigger. Every single one of them is a murderer. One thing I will always respect

Looks like Trump and Hegseth might be preparing to throw the military under the bus on the second strike.

This is why you don’t execute illegal orders. Because you are responsible

How could they deny a second stroke was ordered? We saw the video and they reported on it.

I’m not going to tell any service member ‘thank you for your service’ without asking them if they’d disobey an illegal order first.

Her mannerism was not as confident & sarcastic today. Body language says alot. She's trying but can't hide her reluctance & fear. If only these journalists would step up & ask the questions that need to be asked & answered correctly, she's watching her step. Her perfect life is about to fall apart.

Title 18 of the U.S. Code defines a war crime, among other illegal acts, as “the act of a person who intentionally kills one or more persons taking no active part in the hostilities, including those placed out of combat by sickness, wounds, detention, or any other cause.”

This was a war crime.
