I got curious about what it would be like to be a college student in 2025, so I fed one of my own essays, from 2007 into a language model, asking it for advice. For the irony I chose an essay on Heidegger's "The Way to Language" and "Being-there and Discourse. Language".

Last week I wrote a blog post that uses every HTML element, but when doing some further research I realized that in the 1.5 years it took me to write it, 2 new elements had been added to the MDN docs (I know this is not the official spec, but it's what I used).

Welcome <hgroup> and <search>!
