I think this one was caused by extremely bright headlights and construction lights at night, driving into Sacramento. An arcade game that needed service did this to me before, as has bad backlighting (and overhead lighting) in workplaces.

Do you get ocular (visual, retinal) migraines? I haven't had one in a while, and it is quickly expanding across my vision... now at about 30%...
They make me so nauseous. What triggers yours? Mine is usually bright lights in the dark (like driving last night, darn LED headlights!)
