Hello new followers 👋 I wanted to take a moment to explain what I'm doing here and how all this works. This project originally centered around #iwd but as many companies have not moved here from Twitter, there were fewer copy paste platitudes. That's ok, as I still have a plan to share pay gaps.
The median gender pay gap at Cairn Homes is 29%. In 2023 it was 23.6%.

The bonus gap is 38.4%
