After which, I’ll really need to focus on my dissertation!
After that, I’ll be focusing on my dissertation, although I’ve got two books coming out for Angkriz, the first of which, a book of useful phrases of the workplace, should be out in the next few weeks.
Then on Friday, we have the first-ever Ecostage lab, exploring how, as creatives, we balance sustainability, well-being and creativity in our practices. That’s at St Margates House in Bethnal Green. If you want to join in person, those tickets are nearly sold out.

Barrier(s) by Deafinitely Theatre is now previewing at Birmingham Rep. Press night Tues. After Birmingham, it goes to Manchester, then London. It’s a queer love story (with a twist) performed mainly in BSL, and I’ve designed sets, costumes and video, including captions as part of the video design.

Things have been hectic, and I’ve been a bit inconsistent/tardy with updates. So for those interested…

So, the plan is to cut English, the arts, and sociology - the degrees that actually study culture - while on another part of your platform claiming to “defend” British culture.

It’s performance nationalism with a reading age of seven.

Last year 100,000 people marched across London in support of nature and BBC News didn’t cover it, leading to complaints to Ofcom about political bias. Today BBC News covered a similar size march on front pages and every channel demonstrating fully its political bias. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

Hi all!

You might like to know about this project, if you’re in the Exeter area.

It’s a history of English protest told through folk music, and featuring local guest artists. Celebrate radical English history with a song, a dance, and maybe the start of the revolution!

Booking links etc below.
Dear Angela Raynor, the problem isn’t immigration, we all have a right to flee poverty or persecution. It’s racism, lies, ignorance, cynical politicians, well-organised fascists, an elitist visa system and an inhumane asylum process, compounded by lack of legal routes and decent accommodation.

As coordinator of the working group, this is definitely one of our biggest highlights so far. Big congratulations to everyone involved, especially project lead Hamish Muir, for really pushing it through!

Well, it's out in the world! It was such a lovely and well-attended launch. After such a huge amount of work from SBTD’s Sustainable Design Working Group and all the other amazing people who contributed, it’s fantastic to see that level of support and interest from our community. 1/3
I suspect they may meet their match in left-wing, multicultural Tower Hamlets though, once folks have mobilised. Meanwhile, big respect to my Green Party colleagues who got over to Canary Wharf tonight for a small but courageous counterprotest.
