Like I got accepted for a job recently and I'm really hopeful, but my brain keeps telling me that something's gonna go wrong like it did at my last job. Then I start spiraling bc I always have these negative thoughts and I feel like that's the reason I never succeed.

Always in a constant cycle of "nothing ever goes right so what's the point of trying" every time I try something, then when I fail I'm constantly stuck between "this is exactly why I shouldn't have tried" vs "if I wasn't such a negative bitch I'd deserve good things"
