Someone told me this about procrastination: accept it as part of the creative process because without it we wouldn't able to get the result we actually get. While procrastinating we (subconsciously) think about the piece and its process and that's actually very productive in it's own way.

- Avoid overthinking (or journal your concerns)
- Warm up with automatic drawing
- As your drawing develops, ask yourself: Where do I lack confidence in this drawing?
- Take note, study that specific topic later
