I went to their festival in August. Sweet Enola Gay, it was one of the best musical experiences of my life.

I’m at the point where I introduce the band to people with concert videos. I think they are one of those “live bands” now.

I remember as a kid listening to bands like the Dead and Hot Tuna and thinking, “Wow, this is real authentic blues and folk. I feel like a phony listening to it.”

It took me decades to realize that these musicians were also suburban youths being anachronistic.
