As the series of three articles rightly point out, there are no founded reasons to "panic" about a global fertility slowdown.
Contrarily to doom and gloom predictions about "population collapses", the social, environmental and economic consequences of slowing fertility are easy to adapt to.

But why do they have to call it a "fertility crash"?

"Peak humanity" will happen much sooner than forecast. The consequences are that maybe, just maybe, humanity may avert extinction by overpopulation.
