Today is the 5 year anniversary to when I slowly started losing my mind during the pandemic and began dressing up as works of art.

As my Twitter account has long been abandoned, why not make a thread of my madness on BlueSky?

This was “The Maid” by Wilhelm August Lebrecht Amberg, from 1862

I don’t even think my university (the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire) even had a slogan. We had a logo/seal of a tree with the word “Excellence” below it. We had no mascot at the time I was there. We were just two colors combined into one word… the Blugolds. Our colors were… blue and gold.

So let's get back to how you befriend crows. You need to realize that crows are acutely aware of human gaze. They watch you, know which direction you are looking, follow your gaze, and use this to predict your behavior.

Do all these different versions still count as one collective sale for “The Life of a Showgirl”? Or would each one get their own ranking on a billboard chart? If it all counts as one, maybe it’s also a way to artificially boost her numbers more (in addition to being a cash grab)

I think if she had one deluxe album with all the voice notes, that would be totally cool and fine. Releasing a new album every day with just a couple minor tweaks… that really isn’t scarce when everyone has essentially the same thing.

Yeah maybe that would make a difference. I’d rank this as a middle of the pack album. Not her best. Not her worst. Definitely not deserving of this crazy marketing push though.
