The way I meditate is
- When we are directed to center myself in my body, I do light stretching
- I sit and contemplate any mindfulness suggestion
- I journal when I feel the aha moment arise
I know it’s not exactly meditation, but it clears out my head

One of the issues with Generative AI is that it produces *so much* content at one time that it’s cognitively overwhelming to review.
It pushes people to look at it superficially…and it’s very good at making sense at a glance. You only see the issues when you are deep in the document.

On Finch App, I add an asterisk to certain tasks - designating them as “Phoenix level”
Completing them gives me a special, real-world reward. Think sheet mask or a French hair pin.
It works.
And, because I’m doing them more regularly, they aren’t awful once I break through the mental block.

Ok. I understand the formula of animal neuron activation, forward propagation, back propagation, loss, how tuning a neural network works. Because it was somehow explained simply, using math, in python, which I do not speak.

The year before I took calculus, it was was a prereq for statistics. I took it anyway because I assumed there was a reason that it had been a prereq and got a C. :(
