Hi! This will be a thread I use to log things I learn from playing backline in X rank. As of this writing, my peak power is 2330 XP but I have only reached as high as 2200 on backline (both JP region). Starting next season, I want to learn something from every X ticket I play.

My ultimate goal whenever I play Splatoon, both solo queue and comp, is to not just learn, but to get better *at* learning. I don't want my improvement to be spoon-fed to me. I want to gain the awareness to know *what* to look for whenever I vod review, scrim, or play tournaments above my level.

I want to start taking X rank far more seriously starting next season and have questions on how stronger players (2400+ peak?) approach the mode mentally. Huge bonus if you play backline, but even if you don't, any insight will really help me start thinking about the right things! <3
