This is ludicrous and just astonishing irresponsible. Kosovo’s biggest party has the right to nominate a speaker. The proposed candidate failed to get majority 18 CONSECUTIVE TIMES! Yet Kurti refuses to change the candidate and is keeping entire parliament hostage to his whims.
