I'm really proud of my handwriting for "時計" and I struggled a lot with "鞄." My dictionary says "鞄" is usually written with kana alone but I wanted the kanji practice :)

I couldn't find a pencil so no erasing to adjust / clean it up but I'm following stroke order! Getting down how long I should make each line is hard and I'm struggling with spacing / size but it feels good to get back to studying :)
Wondering if I should just break the line margins for now 🤔

I started playing FF7: Crisis Core Reunion tonight and I understood a few character interactions in Japanese without help from the subs :3 I think it was maybe 4-5 interactions total but like it still felt really good.

I really miss living in a state where the weather was like this all the time. I've seen more rain in the last week than I have in the last year. Clouds have been hanging low to the mountains around my house too. It's been overcast a lot on top of that all. It's been so good for my mental health 😭💕
