Another example of when they tell you who they are, believe them... What an absolutely despicable bill - - protecting the #PFAS polluters and big industry, and trying to stymie the courts. Let the companies (continue to) fend for their damned selves.

⚠️ Public health protections are under threat. A House bill would weaken #TSCA by limiting the science EPA can use, removing requirements that chemicals be proven safe, and giving industry more sway over chemical reviews.

Congress must reject this bill and protect our health from toxic chemicals.

#PFAS contamination is not a single-source problem. It’s the predictable result of allowing these chemicals in everyday products & then acting surprised when they show up in our water, soil & food” (last week DEC said they aren’t considering a ban 😕)

Ditto for here in the US with EPA Zeldin looking to approve more pesticides with #PFAS. Stupid, or even disgusting, aren't strong enough words, particularly given the nasty health effects on children.
In a crowded field, spraying forever chemicals linked to cancer, liver, kidney & thyroid disorders directly on to food crops has to be one of humanity's worst thought out moves ever.
