Interesting Friday night news drop last night from the Riverhounds regarding their manager. Very vague statement (obviously) but have it from a source down there Bob Lilley may have been arrested. Wild times in the USL.

However, I didn’t read Charli posting about Palestine, nor did I see anyone else read it, as a sleight against TS, rather than a chance to use the extra views on her sm to talk about the genocide, a la Kneecap or dua Lipa.

Lucky enough to have seen ManU, Dublin, Leinster and the Irish soccer team win or outperform a tonne so my painful ones are of course my more recent Detroit fandoms (Irish rugby can’t hurt me anymore lol), the Tigers World Series loss in 2012 and Lions NFCC capitulation two years ago vs the 9ers 😭

as there are likely people/families in them currently? Unless those 000’s of properties are somehow vacant. Taking them away from landlords to move in new people or sell them still means the people currently in them need some solution too.

And as I said in the private forum, where he chose to issue his apology to the dozen or so city fans in attendance, it’s not a real apology until he understands why the comment was ignorant and makes a full throated apology to that effect, in public where he made the statement in the first place.

I didn’t, because I am in a solidly blue state, and wanted to try to send a message.

But I encouraged those in swing states to while also begging her to change tack so she would win, because even though I disliked her I know she would have been “better,” for the world.
