PHFA Executive Director and CEO Robin Wiessmann joined Latino Connection Foundation to break ground for Woodward Lofts, an affordable housing development coming soon to Harrisburg. Once complete, it will feature 48 housing units for seniors.

It’s great to see residents are now living at Mosaic Apartments, an affordable housing community designed for Pittsburgh LGBTQ+ seniors! PHFA provided Low Income Housing Tax Credits for this development, which aims to serve as a national model for LGBTQ+ senior communities.

We joined Mission First Housing Group to mark the reopening of Mid City Apartments in Center City Philadelphia. Funding from PHFA helped fuel the renovations and redevelopment that converted 48 one-room units into 41 new affordable apartments.

Here's another great way Pennsylvania Housing Affordability and Rehabilitation Enhancement grants are helping Pennsylvanians! Thanks to Northeast PA Land Bank Authority, two former blighted properties in Luzerne County have been transformed into new, affordable homes in Luzerne County.

Philly estate planning program has helped 1,000 homeowners complete wills
The Will Power Program was launched in response to the city’s tangled title problem. It has largely helped Black homeowners with low incomes.
