Car fully serviced and passed its MOT. Always makes me anxious. Also just ticked over 100,000 miles. Less of a deal these days, but I'm from the era of 5 digit mechanical dials resetting to 00,000 and cars being far less reliable, so still feels significant.

Purchased a few less masculine bits of regular clothing - female cut t-shirts and tunic style tops mostly. Need stuff to go with the skirts! Not looking to present as feminine, rather to soften things up and explore the bit of me that dwells outside the standard masculine expression a bit more.

Been two weeks since I last wore "normal" underwear. Not been exclusively padded in that time, as not wanting to pressure myself, but that's the direction of travel. Back in the office a few days a week from next week, so that's the next challenge.

So tempting to just completely disengage with the news at the moment, as the world just seems to be out of control and it's not good for mental health. Feels like choosing to be uninformed, but there's just too much happening to process, and so little of it in our control anyway, so...why bother?

Binge watching Columbo box set, and just had episode with Leslie Nielsen playing lawyer boyfriend of a murder suspect. Really, REALLY hard not to project Frank Drebin onto him!

Back from a really nice evening watching Brian Cox work in progress show. Had a section about the Voyager probes, including showing the NASA Deep Space Network, which gives live status of what's being talked to. Just got home and jumped online to check it out and....

Back from a really nice day at Klub K9 in Nottingham. Been a while since I've been at a pup event, and brain tried to throw spanner in the works, but really helped recharge me and get me back into the swing of things. Shall definitely go again at some point.
