Here's an idea. Americans would join the 2nd happiest people on earth, get free healthcare, free education, 52 weeks paid maternity leave, state pension, at least 5 weeks of paid holiday, subsidised prescriptions, lowest corruption levels, Freedom of speech/freedom of the press and low crime levels.
