Besides linking Tylenol in pregnant women to autism, RFK Jr. now says circumcision is part of the reason why kids are autistic.

"Children who are circumcised early have double the rate of autism, and it's highly likely because they're given Tylenol. None of this is positive..."

I learned a long time ago that the prestige of a publication has little bearing on what it pays, especially for web content.

I don't know what they pay now -- hopefully more -- but I got $150 for this lengthy online article in 2015.

Don't sleep on the $150-million-for-the-Free-Press part of the Bari Weiss story as fuel for rage within the journalism world.

It's a field that, for as long as I've been in it, has been plagued by underpayment, exploitation, and the undervaluing of good work.

This colossal payout is a gut-punch.

The other day, I hung out w/ an old friend who has an adorable 1-year-old son.

& when my friend approached carrying the kid, the little guy saw me, smiled, & reached out his arms to indicate he wanted *me* to carry him. (I had only met him once before.)

I obliged. & I'm still riding the high. 🥹
