Following the latest loathsome act, a word to the POC among my friends/readers:

You’re respected, worthy of dignity, and it’s an honor to live among you. I deeply appreciate your friendship and support of my work over the years.

My latest review for @comicbookclique.bsky.social ! The Infernal Hulk #3 is an impactful emotionally charged issue. @phillipkjohnson.bsky.social , Kevin Walker, @nicklein.bsky.social and the entire creative team are rockstars.

"[The Infernal Hulk #3] might not be for everyone with the tough topics it covers, but it's an important issue that doesn’t shy away from showing how trauma can affect someone's mental and physical health."

Here I was thinking #InfernalHulk was just going to be one big monster brawl.

I was wrong.

Bravo, @phillipkjohnson.bsky.social - this was heart breaking.

Last day to have your comic shop preorder this is MONDAY Feb 2.

This number really dictates the size of the stone that’s cast into the pond—it dictates the impact a comic series can have. The remaining 5 issues are ripples from this impact. So help me make this awesome book a huge boulder.

Shout-out to Marvel fan and new gymbro Thomas, a nice guy who has no idea why I asked for this pic. Gonna keep some Hulk books in the car so I’m prepared next time I see him

Script is in, celebrated with some late-night “body-sledding” (or whatever you’d call this) with the boy. This ice is crazy

This should not be a controversial or even noteworthy stance. Their blanket ineptitude, cruelty, and growing BODY COUNT of American citizens and others should make opposition to these masked Gestapo schmucks enthusiastic and universal. But YES, I did say this. Bring it

I often wonder what current Big Two runs will stand out for years to come, like Bendis' Daredevil, Morrison's Batman, Brubaker's Captain America. For me, it's @phillipkjohnson.bsky.social's Hulk. It leans into the monster elements, explores the duality between Banner and Hulk, looks awesome. So good
