I think I agree with all of this — I don't need 2-day letter delivery, I don't need mail dropped off daily, and cartoonishly redundant post offices (<0.5km apart) can be closed. I love the mail, mailing cards, mailing letters. CPC is worth saving, if we'll let it adapt.

I did some nerdy & quick paper diving tonight. Uncovered a lot of research linking liberal-leaning worldviews to greater educational attainment¹, higher intellectual aptitude², and both factors³. Only correlations of 📈 these with conservative views were specific to economic conservativism⁴.
