Today I made:-
Butternut squash and ginger soup with hints of curry spices for lunch. More in the freezer now.
Then made all the Xmas Day Roast potatoes for the freezer.
Covered in goose fat, rosemary and thyme.
Then I had me time - pj’s and reading with a glass of wine!
Take time for you ❤️
