100%. I put way too much faith in these folks going into this and I agree that it's hard to understate their cowardice. They care only about their power and wealth. Anything they've done outside of that in the past was obviously just performative.

Exactly. Biden's age was enough to get Clooney to write a piece in the NYT, but masked thugs grabbing people of the street doesn't elicit the same. They're cowards. They knew Biden wouldn't target them and they're afraid of trump.
