Question for #NolaSky :
Some foods are always better made at home, and I suspect #Gumbo is such a dish. Nevertheless, I'd welcome any suggestions for restaurants in the CBD, French Quarter, or Marigny that serve a decent bowl. Prefer chicken & sausage to seafood.

Suggestion for next year: an Ash Wednesday bingo card that displays all the reasons for not being in at work.
Center square would be "Took Day Off"
But reasons can range from "In Drunk Tank" and "Swallowed a king cake baby" to "Buried under a mountain of throws" and "Glue Gun & Glitter Drama".
