A 17 y/o guy ran down two 17
y/o girls in his car, killing them both. The reason he murdered them was because one of them spurned his advances and the other insulted Charlie Kirk. He then laughed about their deaths on a gaming site.

He was NOT arrested. He was ticketed instead.

FYI tear gas and pepper spay are banned in warfare under the CWC ( chemical weapons convention) but US law enforcement can use them on community member protesting ICE brutality and abductions.
