The PC decomp port of Majora's Mask is pretty darn snazzy. Widescreen, dual analog camera control, and higher frame rates among dozens of qol changes. Here it is on the Steam Deck too.

The Outer Worlds 2 improves on the first with better combat, great companions and strong writing. Exploration is fun, though returning to empty areas holds it back slightly. Still a colourful, really entertaining RPG I had a lot of fun with.

The Outer Worlds 2 improves on the first with better combat, great companions and strong writing. Exploration is fun, though returning to empty areas holds it back slightly. Still a colourful, really entertaining RPG I had a lot of fun with.

It was New Year's Eve of 2016. I was able to buy a physical copy off Amazon after a strangely deep sale a month after release. Money was short, DJing was not a consistent job, but I scraped by to get it.
Because I had a gig that night, I was only able to play it briefly. It felt instantly special.
