Former Navy Seal Derrick Van Orden is too afraid to meet with his constituents and tell them why he voted to rip away their access to healthcare.

Three town halls in Western Wisconsin in representative Derek Van Orden’s district today so far. One more to go.

People are upset about increasing healthcare costs and 15 million people losing healthcare access, as well as the Trump tariff taxes we are all paying.

And guess who was a no-show…

Congressional Republicans are refusing to extend the expiring Affordable Care Act tax credits.

@americanprogress.bsky.social estimates that Wisconsinites’ healthcare premiums will increase by 148% on average if they expire.

Today, Wisconsin legislators helped me get that message out there!

Because Republicans control the White House, the House of Representatives, and the Senate, 18,000 of Wisconsin’s federal employees are worrying if they’re going to get their next paycheck.

Wisconsinites have made it clear: They cannot afford their health care costs to skyrocket.

Republicans have made it clear: They will shut down the government instead of lowering Americans' health care costs.

Derrick Van Orden. Terrible Congressman. Terrible human being.

He's on this list. (Lower right corner)

He's vulnerable in 2026. Let's send him packing.

DVO has got to go!

According to the numbers, these are the 26 most vulnerable MAGA House representatives. They've spent more time defending “Dear Leader” than the Constitution, and they can be beat. We're pledging to target them all in the 2026 midterms.

See anybody missing? Let us know here: https://t.co/geQUe7ptY6

#WI03 Rep. Derrick Van Orden has tweeted 197 times about the horrific murder of Charlie Kirk, many of which are personal attacks, invitations for civil war, and calls for violence. He is going completely unchecked by his own party as he pours gasoline on an open flame. shorturl.at/O7EJc

Every VA medical center in Wisconsin is suffering from severe staffing shortages.

To make it worse, Derrick Van Orden voted for the GOP’s Big Ugly Bill, which will further threaten health care, and food assistance programs, for veterans. Read more here >>> https://www.shorturl.at/PgqyS

I come from a union family.

A union took care of my family when we needed support.

Unions have stood with me, and I will always stand with them.

Earnest post, but: a thing I like here is it’s okay to have moments of happiness in public without being broadly scolded, and I believe that sustaining this kind of humanity will be very important as we resist fascism.

We have to sustain each other. Making joy isn’t denial, it’s how we will survive
