When I was in hospital for a week (8 years ago), the regular drug round included a dose of paracetamol and ibuprofen at the same time.

I think the 2 hour cycling thing is more about phasing them so there's always one in the active phase of painkilling not the dying away phase (think sine waves).

The food bank my church supports does request lists, the last one was related to Harvest Festival, and included toiletries... this is the fruits of my related Costco run.

A Costco trolley containing bulk packs of shower gel, toothpaste, deodorant aerosols, and liquid hand soap, plus a trade box of Crunchie chocolates.

I have a Citizen Eco-Drive watch... doesn't even need its battery replaced! And a clock radio that must be over 10 years old, still reliably comes on to Radio 3 every weekday at 6am.
