Walter Kirn says that the song "Fortunate Son" is not an anti-war anthem, but is actually a class anthem, and is in fact a pro-military anthem for today's military because the troops aren't "fortunate sons" and they do cool things.

I love to point out what a massive piece of shit Norman Finkelstein is. Here, in this Apr. 2023 clip, he's defending Matt Taibbi after Mehdi Hasan tore him up in an interview about the Twitter Files, and Finkelstein is really pissed off at Hasan.
This is a clip from Apr 2023. Norman Finkelstein attacks Mehdi Hasan and calls him a "sewer rat" and "woke avenger" over his interview with Matt Taibbi, and says Taibbi is "such a nice guy", "principled and decent", and laments that Taibbi didn't call Hasan a "sack of shit" and "sewer rat".
