Our government has chummed up with Putin, who perpetrates these evil atrocities. ALL of the children must be returned. Russia must stop the war THEY started. There is no middle ground, no room for the softening of US treatment of the war criminal.

The Presidential pardon power should be abolished or at least limited to people later shown to be innocent for which the long legal process would be pointless - subject to further approval by a vote in Congress.
