Scotland’s anti-poverty network. With justice and compassion we can build a future free from poverty.
Instead of risking stigmatising and hurting our friends, neighbours and fellow citizens,
it would be good for politicians to look at their own responsibilities first.

People across Scotland want good local services that support a just and compassionate society. The unjust, regressive Council Tax isn't fit for purpose. By a margin of 5 to 1 people want change, now!

MSPs of all parties have made a promise to the children of Scotland, by setting down targets to massively reduce the injustice of child poverty. By 2030 there should be no more than 10% of Scotland's children in relative poverty. But in 2025 the poverty rate among children was still a shocking 24%.

People want a just and compassionate Scotland - not one where 1 in 4 of our #children are in #poverty. During the #ScotBudget process, every MSP can help make sure @scotgov invests in giving every child a good start in life through the #ScottishChildPayment.
