1) SAVE Act is not a voter ID law. It would change absolutely nothing about showing ID (or not) at the polls.
2) REAL ID star is not proof of citizenship as SAVE would require to register; it also includes lawful residents. Only a few states do 'enhanced' ones that show citizenship.
