I don't take anything seriously, but I put a lot of thought into it.
As someone recovering from Myeloma, it's necessary for me to get regular dental checkups as I run the risk of osteonecrosis. I've just had to splash out over four hundred quid to a private dentist, as there are none offering NHS services.
It's a much more satisfying listen, being fully instrumental and free of the novelty features of "Tubular Bells" (the voiceover on side one; the silly Piltdown Man grunting on side two).
I remember him best for this and for being a "Battle of Britain fighter station in his spare time..." youtu.be/ISLge5bagg4?...

Saw them on that tour. Who knows? I might be on the recording somewhere!
I think that's why our health centre does the jabbin' on Saturdays. You need the rest of the weekend to go through all the sequential sickies and then recover.
Three (Inc the MAN set as part of the "On Air" box)
Father Ted
Red Dwarf
Fawlty Towers
{{ this also to disclaim my ever buying the Daily effin' Mail }}
At the Oxfam shop where I used to volunteer, we had a "Free! Help Yourself!" box for the staff. I obtained quite a few of these Daily Mail freebies that way.
Quite a few get donated, but ethically chazzas aren't supposed to sell anything labelled "Not For (Re)sale Separately".

Great set! they certainly went out with a bang!
Great compilation! Worth having at the time for the two "previously unreleased" tracks.
As good a Reading lineup as there EVER was.
I've accumulated a few b'legs of this lot.
The Mahavishnu set (John, Narada, Stu, Ralph) sounds like the highlight for me.
Abbreviated Yes set, not their best by their standards.
Caravan and Robin Trower are pretty good.
Hawkwind being Hawkwind.
But I see you've already discussed that...
Nine albi.
PS why is the "Tommy" soundtrack listed twice?
