nobody doesn't talk about the guilt that you have when you make a impulsive decision as it relates to your AuDHD.

It is so demoralizing when you knew the right thing to do but you went against yourself because you wanted to keep yourself from not feeling the grief of discomfort.

On the plus side, I’ve rid myself of a lot of energy vampires, and people who did nothing but bring me down constantly and genuinely it’s been nice being able to close that chapter of my life and finally start healing. I want to be a better version of myself and I thank everyone who has been patient
