I wanted to finish writing my game this year, but I've been having such an, uh, episode recently, I've been mostly bedrotting OTL (working on it, taking meds etc etc)
I am really grateful for the holiday exchange because it forces me to do things and have something to look forward to

Just got a leaflet with a generated image of an older person praising the offered services... Yeah, a fictional character can tell literally anything, it won't be a lie since it wasn't real in the first place. Yay.

Job hunting makes me feel like I'm the dumbest person alive. I know that's not true, but... well. It's just a humiliating process, spending hours sending CVs and writing cover letters for a minimum wage positions just to receive no responses at all.

Anytime I visit my parents, my mom has some clothes for me. 99% of time it's not my style, I don't need them and never asked for them, so she ends up donating them elsewhere. But 1% of time... it's a green tank top with a cute t-rex on it

Ended up writing to the tech support. The guy called me back and instructed me on how to perform a printer firmware recovery (I had to buy a cable for it). It works now 🙃
Me: Yay i got myself a printer for my birthday! Sewing patterns! Art experiments! Physical proofreading!

If I won't get that job I will take a camp counselor course and go to a manga-themed winter camp or something. The kids are more likely to appreciate my whimsiness than my potential team leader who spent half of our interview time replying to emails

Not only have I found a lady who didn't mind doing a "male haircut" on me but, she also charged me half of the first place's "male haircut". Guess who got herself a regular customer 😇
A bit irritated because I went to the hairdresser to get an appointment for a "male haircut" (my hair is maybe 3cm and I want the most typical "male" fade using clippers) and then I checked online: they set me for a "woman's short hair" (which is not what I want & is also 150% more expensive) whyyy
