Thought he could’ve done more in Buffalo (no pun intended) and that his skillset wasn’t maximized in the offense. He’s not a bucket getter or top tier threat, but his lack of usage considering the injuries and lack of production at WR was disappointing/surprising
🚨 Bills release WR Elijah Moore.

The issues plaguing the Bills are deep and nuanced. If you want a genuine look into what's going wrong this year that isn't baked with reactionary ridiculousness, this is the place to do it.

The Bills loss to the Texans was a microcosm of their struggles this year and the paths that led them there: struggling to stop the run, unable to push the ball downfield, unable to win outside, and predictability on offense + lack of in-game pivots

Between 2017 and 2023 the Los Angeles Rams didn’t have any 1st round picks.

2017 - traded to TEN to get Goff
2018 - traded to NE for Cooks
2019 - traded to ATL for picks. LAR had pick 31
2020 & 2021 - traded for Ramsey
2022 & 2023 - traded for Stafford

*2018 & 2022 no 2nd round picks either*

IDL who struggle against double teams + LBs who don’t trigger = a recipe for death because it leads to displacement as the OL just stay on their doubles and drive. Especially if that already defense struggles across the board to get off blocks
November 24, 2025 at 7:24 PM
The Bills are gapped out with 9 defenders for 9 possible gaps, which is very helpful because displacement

Update:

The Buffalo Bills are now at 4.30 rush yards after contact allowed per rush on the season after allowing 4.61 vs Houston
The Buffalo Bills defense is currently 32nd (last) in rushing yards after contact allowed per rush (YACo/rush), at 4.27

The average highest YACo/rush allowed from 2018-2024 was 3.51. No team in that time range has been higher than 3.81 (HOU in 2022)
