very helpful!! although higher ed has to provide accommodations, unlike k-12 it neither has to look for possible needs or testing so it’s common to rely on testing done earlier & students may not know what’s already in their files that could still be a solid basis for accommodations-

Very confusing for Ollie, he nabbed a whole bag of milk bone chew treats, took them outside, and strew them all over the yard, but he really doesn’t like them —they’re Rosie‘s favorites

I have work to do on the computer before the UCONN game & he has rolled in something unspeakable but this puppy snuggling doesn't happen as much now that Ollie is a big boy-almost three, so here we are

Not a big success-we were giving out candy at the end of the driveway to avoid the bell ringing/knocking that triggers Rosie & he saw a 5 year old ballerina and froze in horror-I had to carry him inside

I’m sparing Rosie an experience she really doesn’t enjoy which is wearing a Halloween costume(wish I could also desensitize her to the outrage of increased foot traffic) -but did want to mark the occasion with our best wishes to all who celebrate!

Teaching this today in #Torts as part of product liability & they are the most disturbing cases I’ve ever presented in a class whose default is severe injury & death—the self harm induced by these bots should no longer be characterized as accidental

pro tip-if you happen to be on a walk with two dogs and one of them appears to have a small dead creature in his mouth, it’s probably not better to drop both leashes and try and pull it out

The garden is certainly less lush but that has a lot to do with how dry it is here, tomatoes are still going strong

It’s very dry here so all it took was a vigorous round of hose watering for Ollie to become encased in mud -until it dries & can be brushed out he is a one doodle shmutz meister
