lots more progress in the last few days
got mesh rendering and materials importing mostly correctly with automatic texture conversion and importing
vertex groups are a little wonky right now, and i need to fix the displacement of the armature, but, more progress!

It obviously isn't because the character didn't exist when P4 first came out, but I'd like to once again bring up that it actually makes the most sense for this character to be Sho from Ultimax

Remember when the MANGA of all places actually gave him a much better and more compelling backstory than the game did?
If Ultimax had included an Episode Sho like Labrys' chapter from the first Arena, I guarantee he'd be seen as a way more memorable and fan-favorite antagonist.

My barest of bare minimum hope is that Revival will subtly incorporate lore that came AFTER the original game, like having something to indicate that Sho is there and watching them, as Ultimax established.
