For 18 months, I had to keep the secret that I didn't just voice The Flying Dutchman in the SpongeBob movie, but I also played him in live-action sequences. The hours it took flew by thanks to superb makeup artists Gage Munster & Marcel Banks who were both so kind AND hilarious. 🤣 Thanks fellas! 🙏

I got a lot of grief for this post. Objectively, I worded it terribly, but if organizations don't purposely look at new and diverse candidates, nothing ever changes. I doubt Pierce would have done worse than Carroll. Or Bieniemy, who got screwed in D.C.

I love Carroll, a lot. But isn’t there someone younger they may look at? Maybe someone black? I know DEI hires are getting frowned upon, but they still have the Rooney Rule and since most of the players to go through the NFL since… 1990ish?… have been black, I bet there are some good ones!
