it's really hard to live when you're so closed off from your emotions that you have to Sherlock them backwards, chart stars and degrees and whatever to figure yourself out. was very productive yesterday and today even meds arent helping and when this happens i beat myself up a lot

on being a people pleaser... i think maybe all of the you that you suppress leaves an empty, reflective space within you. I think it acts like a mirror, prompting others to see all of the them they hate in you, and gives them a physical thing to take out their frustrations on.
