People talk about how good therapy is for you and the outcome but fail to give insight on the middle parts. It's tough work, you will feel anger, sadness, joy, excitement, and everything in-between. It's a really difficult journey and the latter is true that in the end it does work out

I will say, as I've taken a step back and looked inward and done some shadow work, it's pretty damn lonely. People whom you considered close drift away, your sense of self is crumbled and destroyed, but the beauty in it all. Is you can redefine, explore, rewrite yourself into who you truly are.
